Where can I get some energy?!?
I have been so lethargic lately. When I get home I feel like I've got no energy or motivation to work out. What do y'all do to feel energized? Foods, supplements, etc?

drinking enough water
Drinking the right amount of water each day is difficult to me. I'm not a big fan of water. The most I can drink a day is about 2-3 bottles. Any suggestions on how I can increase my water intake?

How do I log Zumba? It's not an option when I search for it and I know the amount of calories your burn can vary depending on your weight... I weigh 133. Can someone help me, please! :)
