4 year labs are good!! : )
Just got my 4 year bloodwork results back. B6 and B12 are a bit high, A and K are a bit low, but otherwise all is good. Woo hoo!! Gastric bypass folks, please remember to take your vitamins. It's so important!! : )

How many calories a day do you eat???
I know we're all different, but how many calories a day do you eat? Just curious. I had gastric bypass 3.6 years ago. I eat 2000/day to maintain and 1700/day to lose.

For those of you in maintenance or who have had a regain....
At what point did the weight start to come back on? Or for those of you in maintenance, how long have you maintained your loss? I am so fearful of regaining.
