Hi all! Trying to mix up my daily meals a bit starting with breakfast! I eat a Luna bar and a coffee on the way to work every single day and I'd love to try some new, less processed ideas. I'm not into meat, fish or eggs in the mornings. Would love to hear from y'all! What do you eat for breakfast?

Why am I not losing?
Hi all, Has anyone else experienced this? I've been so consistent with tracking within my suggested calories, exercising every day and I am not seeing any results at all. I'm so frustrated!! It's been 2 1/2 weeks, 14 days on 30 day shred and I haven't lost pounds or inches. Any thoughts? Thanks.
