Light Dinner Ideas?

Hi! Hope this isn't too TMI!
I work out at night, which means I eat dinner 1-2 hours or less before my workout.
I think I would do so much better if I wasn't feeling my dinner all workout long.
Would love some ideas of light but filling dinners that won't haunt me during my exercise.
So far on the bad list: salmon, marinara sauce, teriyaki type sauces, beef
Thanks!

Greek yogurt parfait! When I work out at night, I eat half of my dinner before and half after, and I make sure it's protein-rich.0
