Need to lose lbs by 1st October........ HOW?!!!!
I am getting married 11.11.11 and hopefully my wedding dress will fit. However I need to lose 9lbs and keep 9 lbs off by then, How can i healthily do this? And if I don't would it be ok to get altered or would I have to scrap the dress? Please help. xx

Lost 2lbs in 2 months really poor!!! :(
I have lost 2lbs in two months and I eat healthy do exercises etc. But still no weight loss. :(

Is feeling more enthusiastic
As I have started dieting my way of thinking has changed instead of being doom and gloom and lethargic I am now more full of energy and enthusiastic about day to day doings. xx

Confused :/
I am eating healthily and having 2 300 calorie meals per day aswell as 2 slim fast milk shakes. However when I click on my food plan on here and go to complete it still comes up that I am going to weigh 13st. 8lbs however I only weigh 12st at the moment so I am so confused of what I am doing wrong.. Any ideas? xx
