Confused :/

I am eating healthily and having 2 300 calorie meals per day aswell as 2 slim fast milk shakes. However when I click on my food plan on here and go to complete it still comes up that I am going to weigh 13st. 8lbs however I only weigh 12st at the moment so I am so confused of what I am doing wrong.. Any ideas? xx

    When you are in your food diary, click settings at the top. Scroll down and choose "public" and save.

    if you are eating 2-300 calorie meals and 2 slim fast shakes, maybe you are eating below the recommended amount. if that is the case you will gain weight. your body might be thinking it's going in to starvation mode and won't let go of any weight.
