This show is so inspiring!! Seeing the contestants shed the weight over 17 weeks is incredible. I love seeing the transformation and seeing how happy each of these people become :) It's true - NEVER give up, even after a bad snack, meal, day or weekend - just pick yourself up and continue trying :)
