This show is so inspiring!! Seeing the contestants shed the weight over 17 weeks is incredible. I love seeing the transformation and seeing how happy each of these people become
It's true - NEVER give up, even after a bad snack, meal, day or weekend - just pick yourself up and continue trying

I agree! If someone can lose 100 plus pounds my goal of 51 is easy breezy! 26 down and 25 to go!!
watching the show makes me think I am not exercising as much as I should! my 30 minute workouts are nothing compared to what I should be doing...0 -
I completely agree! I always look forward to my Tuesday nights for that reason alone. And yeah it's crazy to see the contestants who are much heavier than I am, yet clearly in much better shape! They are so inspiring!0

If we had nothing to do all day but workout than we could do a lot more.. however we have jobs or are in school.. and have social outtings while they are stuck at the ranch0 -

I totally agree with this. They have personal trainers, and a layed out personal meal plan ..and no junk food at the ranch ..so of course it would be easy for them. I'm sure they think it's not. I do love the show though.0 -

Gotta remember those people are stuck on the ranch with no entertainment they eat, sleep, workout rinse and repeat. But if you feel that your workouts aren't enough do more.
You can get a butt kicking workout in 30-45 minutes you just have to go hard.0
