Increasing fiber
Does anyone have any tips on increasing fiber intake? I take a fiber supplement but it still isn’t any were near enough fiber. I also cannot stand any of that gluten free bread or flax seeds. Blah!

Gluten free cooking tips needed!
Everything I make is so dry. Last weekend I made brownies and I had to (well not had to but did) eat them with ice cream to make them moist. Anyone have a secret ingredient they can share so I don’t have to choke down dry brownies anymore! =) I have just been using the gluten free betty crocker mix. Nothing special.

Walking
I just got a new heart rate monitor. I went for a 15 minute walk this morning before school and it said I was avg 7.2 mph. Now I walk fast but I didn’t think that fast maybe 4mph. Is that even possible or should I look into taking that back?
