What wonderful feeling! Lately everyone's been asking me "dude, are you losing weight? :) All I do is smile. "Its so amazing what can be accomplished by using MFP. Knowing what you eat really does make all the difference... as they say... "knowledge is power". If I can lose weight, ANYONE CAN, YOU CAN TOO.
