I work two days a week as a waitress, the rest of the time I am very sedentary (studying for school). Should I increase the amount of calories I eat on the days I work? I don't mark it down as exercise, but I work 8-10 hours, on my feet, constantly moving, and still only in-taking 1200-1250 calories. Any help will be…

Beginner ideas
I really need to start exercising, but I don't know how to start. It is really cold outside, so walking isn't too idealistic, and I don't have the money to join a gym. Anyone have any recommendations of how you gained motivation and what you did for starting exercises. Thanks!
