I downloaded the app to my phone months ago, but never really did anything with it. I am in nursing school, and my added sedentary lifestyle had helped me to gain 40 pounds. I am now fed up with it, and seriously going to work towards a goal of reaching my old weight. This whole week I have kept my net calories right around 1200, and I also cut out all the extra salt from my diet, as I had been retaining a lot of water, and lost 6 lbs this first week. I am trying really hard to get motivated to start exercising, but not having any luck so far.

    To help with water retention, drink water with lemon in it. I have trouble with swelling myself and have to take water pills. Feel free to add me. I am on here several times a day and help give you motivation and support.
