Beginner ideas

I really need to start exercising, but I don't know how to start. It is really cold outside, so walking isn't too idealistic, and I don't have the money to join a gym. Anyone have any recommendations of how you gained motivation and what you did for starting exercises.

I started with a Jillian DVD...30 Day Shred. They are only about 9 bucks and require minimal equipment. Plus, it is a full-body routine that throroughly whips your butt in about 27 minutes!:happy:0
