Hip bursitis, no cardio very discouraged
Hey all. So after stupidly running through pain in my hip and IT band for several months I've finally really hurt myself and have a raging case of bursitis. Swimming
Does anyone here swim? I normally run about 3-4 miles or do about 45 on a cardio machine about 5 times a week, I also do strength training 1-2 times a week. I have a very irritating herniated disc and my doctor recommended swimming. I'm just wondering what a good workout is (ie how many laps or how long?) and any advice…

Uneven muscle development
Just looking for some advice. I'm getting close to my goal weight and my thighs have become pretty muscular. My left thigh consistently measures a full inch larger than my right thigh. Is this normal? I can't "see" the difference but I do actually notice that my jeans feel tighter on the left than the right... Any advice?…
