I need some motivation!
I find it very difficult to self motivate! I can go out and happily exercicse if Ihave a partner, but I can't always find a partner to exercise with - so how do I self motivate and make it happen??? Any suggestions!

OK I've been doing this about 3 weeks now and....
I'm working on keeping this as up to date as possible. I started off slow, but I am now adding more exercise in, not perfect, but I'm trying.
