Reverse plank alternative?
Hey there, I have been doing Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed and Shred and I love it (as I usually do with her DVDs), but I can't do the reverse plank. It is WAY too hard on my wrists :( Does anyone else have this problem? Is there an alternative or modification? Thanks!

So in January I started as a size 12... I was out shopping this weekend since my pants are getting a little on the baggy side. I grabbed a size 10 in some different styles, get to the change room and what do you know... size 10 is too big! I ended up getting two different pairs of size 8's!!!! It's been a loooong time…
