I had a baby almost 9 months ago and really need to tone the belly love handles included and would like to tone the arms a bit too. JM 30 day shredder Started 4/15/2010
Day 1, Level 1 4/15 I got my video last night and boy did it kick my *kitten*. The warm up was great, and I probably needed it, and I enjoyed the cool down to if to just simply stretch everything out and prevent injuries. water add in's
what are your thoughts on the drink add in's, like lemonade, tea, fruit punch etc... I know they are low in calories but are they high in something else bad for you??? I need a change up from just plain old water. Any take on this?
