Back from vacation
just returned from a 10 day cruise to europe and am so pleased that the scale only showed a 3 pound increase! I'm okay with that and am back in the saddle........ secret to what I consider to be a success was the gym every morning on the ship and only eating 1/2 of my meals....... and it worked.

Zumbathon!
I've discovered Zumba and love it...... I challenged myself this week to do Zumba everyday this week. I started 4 days ago and have enjoyed the fun everyday! Talk about a workout....... two more day to go and I've met my own personal challenge......

Skinny Jeans!
Even though the scale doesn't seem to want to move, the inches are coming off! Bought my first pair of skinny jeans yesterday! Can't believe they look as good as they do..... still have more to lose but what a boost to my self esteem.........

stuck and frustrated
I work out daily (treadmill, zumba, weights).... and eat approx. 1200 calories per day (most days I'm under that 1200 range) and am stuck.... calories burned vs calorie intake
I've been an excersing fool and have been burning on average 200 - 400 calories per day and still eating my " normal" calorie intake (around 1200) which is leaving me at the end of a day under my suggested calorie intake for the day.... my question is, is this a bad thing? or a good way to drop the pounds I want to lose?…

Not using all my daily calories
I cant seem to use a my (1200) calories every day. Because im working out everyday,it negates my breakfast.. I still eat good, but do.t wznt to overeat. Will I still lose sucessfully?
