ZUMBA - EXERCISE
Does anybody know how to add Zumba to your exercise? I read that you can burn apprx 500 - 800 calories, just depending on the person. I just don't know how to add it to my daily execise - thanks!

CUPCAKE WITHDRAWALS!!
If I were to break down, and just have a cupcake, that I have been CRAVING forever - what would be the very least calories I could get away with? Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

Change in Calorie intake
Does anybody know when or why it would change your calorie intake? It used to say I had 1750 calories, and then this morning, I see where it dropped down to 1450. I was trying to stay around 1500 anyway, so that is fine, was just wondering if it was the time period, as I have lost 12 pounds, but I have been at that weight…

Trying to get back on track.
Hi all, I am new to this website, since March of this year, I started trying to lose weight. I have lost 15 pounds, but recently found myself going back to the old habits again, and it seems so hard to get back on track, once you start to go backwards.
