Mediterranian diet help...please
I just learned I need to watch my cholesterol. I have been told a mediterranian diet is exellent for doing that. Does anyone have a good diet or resource they can share with me?. I am not even sure what a mediterranian diet entails.

Starting low carb.....need help
I have begun eating low carb and really liking it so far. My problem is, how do I count carbs? I want to keep them between 18-22 carbs a day but because I'm not sure how to count them. I don't know if I am keeping within that range, any suggestions?

sugar or fat
I know it's very importatant to watch both fat and sugar intake however, I'm a little confused and am curious, which is more important? Cutting out more sugar or fat?

Night time munchies
Is there any way to cure the night time munchies? Do you have a great cure for it? :sad: I do great during the day but my downfall is late at night and I have a hard time telling myself NO. HELP!:embarassed:

Sugar free, literally

I just started this program and don't seem to be doing well no matter what I do. Does anyone have any suggestions for a jump start ( Lose a few fast) I can do before I get too discouraged?:grumble:

I am new too!
My son recommended this site to me. I had back surgery in April and have sat doing nothing for months due to pain. Now I am becoming active again I need to shed a lot of weight. I am excited and hopeful that I can remain inspired to lose weight and get fit!
