I have problems getting my fiber intake for the day :{ Just how much fiber is a good amount? This site has me at 25g but I'm wondering if that's an okay number to shoot for, or should I raise it, what do you think and how do you get your fiber in without getting too much carbs?

sugar, not carbs
Is it okay to limit my sugar to less than 50 grams? I don't have any problems with diabetes and it doesn't seem to be be bothering me at all. I'm just curious what everyone else does. I'm on 1200 cal a day, 40 % protein, 30% carbs and 30 % fat as my goal
