I've got another 30-40 to lose. I haven't lost for a couple of weeks

I should add that I'm not eating back any of my calories that I burn, on my trainers advice. I burn between 300-600 calories a workout

Congrats, that's fabulous!

How much protein are you eating. You can go in and change the default settings on this program, I have my protein at 40%

My immediate goal is to get to 160 and then I plan to re-evaluate. I really want to get rid of the large tummy and the fat around my bra strap, so I will have to see how far I need to go after 160...I just don't wan't to decide on my final number quite yet I guess :)

I'm going to go with...when you succeed at your weight loss, she wont have accomplished anything herself and she doesn't want you accomplish something and be better than her

Go to your home tab and then click on the goal tab. Once in there click on change goals and on the next screen, click the custom circle.

The diet gal I see at my health club told me to change from the default settings to 40% protein, 30% fat and 30% carbs. Having higher protein and less carbs will help you to not be as hungry also.

I've had the same issue before. The gal that runs the diet class I've been attending told me to go in and change the settings so that I'm at 30% fat, 30% carbs and 40% protein. That has helped significantly and I'm not as hungry as I was with the higher carbs.
