If a stick of butter = .25 pounds....therefore 1 pound of fat = 4 sticks of butter! I've lost 20 pounds therefore I've lost 80 sticks of butter!!! EWWWWW! How many have you lost?!?!

19 days to the 5K....quickest way to train?
Some history.... I couldn't run a 1/4 mile in January. I completed C25K while running outside. Ran my first 5K in April in 36 minutes even.
