19 days to the 5K....quickest way to train?

Some history....

I couldn't run a 1/4 mile in January.
I completed C25K while running outside.
Ran my first 5K in April in 36 minutes even.
I started C25K a second time for speed doing high intervals on the treadmill.
Definitely helped but ran out of time to finish faithfully.
Have been running 1 - 2 miles 3 - 4x a week and have been consistent running a 10 min followed by an 11.

5K is in 19 days. Any ideas about how to train for it?

Was thinking of doing c25k (from week 4 on) and some ab workouts? Run daily? Run 4 miles to get ready for the 3? I'd really like to finish in 33 or less :)
