I agree with a previous poster - it definitely looks like more than 5 lbs! Congrats and keep it up! I did 30ds and lost just a few pounds but mad inches. I was going to do Ripped in 30 next - How long are the workouts? JM would be proud of you like the rest of us :)

Thank you ladies for this post! I was in the teens but about two months ago dropped to 1200 and have lost more but recently plateaued. Last night I went wayyyy over and was surprised to see a lower number on the scale this morning. Looked up my TDEE and subracted the 15% and it's most 2000 calories so I guess I will…

Nate - That is great info! Especially about the P90X part! MFP gives you maybe 100 calories burned for that workout but I always log it as 40 minutes instead of 45/50 b/c Tony talks far too much between exercises. I just blare the music over him now :) Omma - I think it underestimates too. After week 3 runs outside it said…

Thanks all for the advice! I'm super excited about trying jog.fm and tb thanks for the next step info. I've never been a "runner" but would love to run a marathon some day. I'm going to start small and sign up for a 5k this May :)

I run Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday...Monday and Wednesday I lift arms, back, chest, etc. using P90X to give my legs a break. On Fridays I do the P90X leg work out so I have Saturday to recoup. Hope it helps!

Healthy weight loss doesn't happen quickly. 2 pounds a week max is usually considered healthy weight loss. I started 2 days after you and have only lost 13 and I think it's a huge success in my book but that's just me. Something is always better than nothing to this optimist.
