Post op: Workout Suggestions?

Similar to my other post today but having really minor surgery on the 12th and looking for suggestions for workouts I can do without completely exerting myself. Thinking high incline walks and light lifting. Any suggestions would be awesome!

Try walking and maybe some lite running...around 4.5 to 5 MPH and go from there0
