Insanity....tracking calories burned
Hi there...I'm getting my Insanity set and not sure how to accurately track the calories I burn with each workout. I don't have a FitBit or any other device to track it. HELP!

Mexican Food
Today is my Mom's birthday and we're going to eat Mexican Food. Any ideas to keep the calories as low as possible? I really do not want to use today as my cheat day...but I just might have to :drinker:
