30 DS Question
So, I am on day 8 of 30DS. I plan on moving to workout 2 on day 11. Is the horrible pain I felt the first three days going to come back when I start the second level? I imagine it will be more difficult than level 1.

Question about thighs...

HELP! I feel stuck
I started using MFP in July. Since I started, I've lost 10 pounds...YAY! But now I feel like I'm getting stuck. I started going to Zumba classes and I take short walks almost everyday.
