30 DS Question

So, I am on day 8 of 30DS. I plan on moving to workout 2 on day 11. Is the horrible pain I felt the first three days going to come back when I start the second level? I imagine it will be more difficult than level 1.

  • im on day 20, and didnt move up til day 12 because i was afraid of the pain! Its nothing like those firt three days and while you do start to work different muscles, in my opinion, its not any harder. I prefer level two. Level three on the other hand.........

  • Nope...it's a higher intensity. She made me cry teh 2nd day, but you get past that. It also goes by much faster than level 1 for some reason. I'm on D2L3 now.

    nope. you can do it. I thought I would never hear myself say it, but the workout will remain intense but you will gain endurance & strength. trust.

    You will get sore from doing different moves, but it won't be anything like the soreness you had after the first workout. I still remember the agony I was in for 3 days after my first 30DS workout! LOL
