Anyone 5'8"ish and 208ish lbs?

I'm trying to find people similar to me that are having great success losing weight in all the right places! What are you doing that's helping? I'm having trouble eating a good balanced meal. I'm also thinking about starting to work out. I'm doing Zumba classes right now, but I need to do more! Anyone's advice is appreciated. I don't really care about your weight or goals. Just thought it would help more to talk to people with similar goals. Thanks! :)

  • I'm right at your same size right now but I started well over 300lbs a few years ago. If you are used to zumba it is time to mix it up and add a day or two of something else too. Your body will really react to the change. I do my best to add something new or at least mix up my days when I'm at a stuck point.

    I was there a year and a half ago. Last year i lost 60 pounds on my own by walking and cutting out sugar.
    I tried to maintain, but couldn't . . . had no clue what i was eating!

    I gained about 25+ back. I started up with MFP early august and have almost lost 20 pounds.

    I now have and understanding of what i'm eating and am looking forward to maintaining after i get down to 150 . . . and size 8/10!

    15 more pounds to go!

    yep I am that height!! Joined 2 weeks ago weighing 217lbs!! Today I weight 206!!! I have a ways to go! and I am really really looking forward to ONEderland!!!! So lets take this journey together!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
