Level 3 - Day 1 DONE! This was really tough! I got through it with a few modifications. I'll have to see how my knees are tomorrow and Thursday. A lot of jumping!

Day 13 -- 03/08 130 squats done today...65 at work in the break room and 65 when I got home. I was doing okay until I got to 45 then the burn set in both times! Man!

Day 10 done! 105 squats in the breakroom. Had to break them up...people coming and going like they belonged there! Bwahahahah! Little did they know what was really going on!

Level 2-Day 10
Level 2 - Day 10 DONE!!! This was my last day on this level. I'm pretty sure it's not going to get easier...but I'll give it my best shot.

Level 2-Day 9
I'm so happy to only have one more day at this level! Now, just hoping Level 3 isn't too rough on my knees. They are much better today. Walked 3.57 miles in 67 minutes and spent 20 minutes on other challenges! Another good day!

Level 2-Day 8
Need to take it easier on my knees, so I'll modify some of these exercises for the next two days. Also walked 4.25 miles in 65 minutes with the grandpuppy, did a few more challenges and walked 2.08 miles with husband and grandpuppy. It was a good day!

Level 2-Day 7
Got off work early today, took the grandpuppy for a quick four mile walk that took us just under an hour, did 30DS, a couple other challenges and another 30 min exercise DVD. It was a very good day!

Level 2-Day 6
This level seems easier, but I sweat a lot more that I did at Level 1! Still having issues with the final plank move, but I'm working on it.I also walked 4 miles in 62 minutes and did about 50 mins of other challenges. It's been a good day!

Level 2-Day 4 done! 14 days down...16 days to go! Getting better...nowhere near smooth but better! I'm so happy when it's over!

Did Level 2 - Day 5 yesterday (02/27)! ...along with 4.15 miles in 58 minutes and 50 minutes of weight challenges! Five more days of her saying "Perfect!" in that insincere tone she has! The final planks in that workout are killers!! ugh! :sad:
