Hi All, It's been a long time since I posted anything but I thought I'd share my recent before and after photo with you. My weight loss journey took 3 years and the two photos below were taken at the same place exactly 3 years apart. It even surprises me how different I look.

3 Years, 118lbs Lost. Before After Pic
Hi everyone. After 3 years of weight loss, I'm down to my 3 year low of 73.5kg from a starting point of 127kg. (A loss of 118lbs or 53.5kg) I've openly blogged my progress at www.aroundthewaist.co.uk and on MFP. I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself today. I never thought I'd get to this point.

Officially Normal Weight
After 3 years of loosing weight, today I crossed a new threshold. According to the BMI scale I am now classed as within the normal weight range.
