Hi everyone,

A few weeks ago I posted a picture from 2007 and one from March 2010. It was really good to see such positive comments from everyone. I've expanded the selection of photos showing the progress in a bit more detail.

In retrospect I wish I'd taken a series of photos each month to show a more consistent progress, but I didn't so I've found a selection of pictures from 2007 until today. Total loss of 100lbs to date.

    Wow...3 years of hard work that really paid off. You look great! I am trying to take my time as well. I'm always in a rush and it never works for me. I hope my results are as good as yours. :flowerforyou:
