Back in the Saddle!
I'm BACK. Took a hiatus...gained a ton of weight. Stress, medication and....I'm ashamed to say....laziness on my part. My current plan is to lose 60 pounds, hopefully within a year and a half. I did this once before, but I'm older now...I'm going to need as much moral support as I can get!

Don't know why this made me feel good, but NSV!
So I was sitting here having a small snack of Baked Tostitos and taco sauce. I counted out the chips, and added another half serving, mostly cause I thought I'd want them. After finishing the taco sauce off, I noticed that I had my half serving of chips still. I just put them back in the bag. Yay self control!

Walked into Old Navy today, where in the past I've been a solid size 18. Saw a groovy pair of retro flares, but the biggest they had were 16's....tried them on and they fit perfect. :) In fact, they're actually a tad big...but I paid 9 dollars for them, so no complaints there!

Something delicious!
Hi all! I just made something pretty darn tasty that I'd like to share with you all. Mix 1 tbsp. of Jiff Creamy peanut butter with 1 Tbsp. of clover honey. Nuke in the microwave for about 10 seconds, stir in a dash of cinnamon, and spread on apple slices. Nice hit of fiber, and a grand total of 235 calories. :)
