Salad topping

Yesterday, I made a really tasty, simple salad topping that not only was delicious, but low calorie.
Oh, and it satisfied my craving for potato chips.
I took about a third of a serving of potato chips (flavored ones work best, I used maui sweet onion), crushed them up really fine, and tossed them in a skillet with about a tablespoon of seasoned breadcrumbs. I heated that over medium heat until just lightly browned, then sprinkled about half of the mixture over my grilled chicken salad. Added good crunch, and as I don't eat salad dressings, great flavor.
Only added up to about 40 calories. Wayyyy less than normal croutons!
