I'm going to start the All Pro Beginner program this week. I'm wondering what you all use to track your workouts. Anyone create a log or a spreadsheet, or is there an iphone app that works?
I know some of you wonderful ladies use these for fractional weights and talked about them in the discussion thread, but I can't find the discussion and I want to look into them. Can someone tell me which ones to look for and/or if it was worth it? Thanks so much!
