I was craving chocolate peanutbutter ice cream
but I don't keep ice cream in the house ('cause I'll just eat it lol). So I filled a blender cup with ice, poured in whole milk to the top of the ice, added a big spoonful of peanut butter and a couple spoonfuls of chocolate milk mix. I added a squirt of Hershey's dark syrup and blended my way to frozen bliss.

Even more of a diet overhaul - need help!
I just got diagnosed with acid reflux, which I have been struggling with for a while. My cooking usually entails spices, always garlic or onion, or both. Now I can't have either, or tomatoes, peppers of any kind(good bye dear bell pepper and ranch), fatty meats, fried foods, tea, coffee, dairy, chocolate, spicy food of any…

I figure with the help of the site I can keep better track of what I eat and be aware of when I'm starving myself. (I usually only…

Some questions

When I started on the site and found out just how few calories I've been eating, knowing already what such a deficit could do, I…
