Due to injuries and a thyroid problem I became obese. I've gotten down to 178 from over 200 with the thyroid issue addressed through medication, but haven't been able to loose any more weight.
I figure with the help of the site I can keep better track of what I eat and be aware of when I'm starving myself.
(I usually only eat one meal a day and some snacks. I've found through the site so far I was consuming way too few calories and that may contribute to my body gaining weight. Sick circle isn't it?)

Well done on your loss so far.
This is a great site for motivation and support.
Good luck, and remember you need to eat 3 healthy meals a day or 6 small meals if you can't manage to eat 3 full meals in one day.
    Best of luck

:flowerforyou: Glad the meds are helping somewhat with your weight. At least with this site you can log your meals and exercise to see where you're at. I log my meals the night before...on the slim chance that I'm not eating enough, which rarely happens, I can add a snack here and there. I absolutely love this site & am so glad I found it. I have been losing around 4 lbs. a month since I started and that is without starving myself and eating what I want. You can't ask for more than that.

Keep working at it and you should start seeing results.
