Hi MFP family, I went back to work last week and didn't realize how time consuming logging in can be. I spent the summer lounging on my laptop. Do you guys have any tips for logging food and any good foods besides avacados and almonds for snacks that will last? Thanks

I weigh 243...workout 2-3 hours 6 days a week... my calorie goal is 1620...not including exercise calories...I eat around 1400 cals a day and I'm not loosing.
