Hi MFP family,
I went back to work last week and didn't realize how time consuming logging in can be. I spent the summer lounging on my laptop. Do you guys have any tips for logging food and any good foods besides avacados and almonds for snacks that will last?

    I log all my food ritually in the morning so I know exactly what and when I can eat. Maybe that will help?
