Walking on treadmill in barefeet??? Do I or don't I.....
I have a swollen foot which has healed enough to walk normally in barefeet (swollen tendons and little toe)..... I haven't been able to exercise since Thursday and I need to do something!! Hurts to put foot in a shoe tho. Do you think that going for a walk on the treadmill in barefeet would be ok?? or should I wait??…
