Nuts!!!!! I never use to eat any nuts (infact when I was pregnant I had an allergy) BUT since starting this it appears I can't get enough of them..... almonds, walnuts I am afraid to buy others am concerned that that will be ALL I eat!!

I did 40mins @ 3.5mph (inclined to 15).... possibly could of worn padded socks..... yep I nearly got blister on ball of foot! (lol) Feel fantastic just being able to get abit of a sweat up......

Unfortunately being the weekend and hubby away at work I can't go biking or swimming......... Will be just starting out slow and see how it goes... I think it might even be good for the tendons... I have been stretching them etc so abit of movement might be whats needed.

Thank you for that it was very helpful..... to be honest I am not sure what happened to my foot. I think it is the new training shoes that I got fitted for at the foot clinic..... The toe thing was purely a blister from the fancy expensive socks they sold be too.... I think the tendon itself is fine to walk on its the toe…

Me too.... I think that if I thought I had to quit something completely I would want it more. Have changed 'white' to 'brown and wholegrain' but other than that I still have the occasional treat... nothing I can see wrong with that.

Generally about 2 to 3 litres.... some days I struggle to get through it but other days I can't get enough.... I just go with what my body tells me!

Thanks heaps everyone... There does seem to be a varied response to the natural sugar vs added sugar question... I was reading another thread earlier.... Most of my sugars come from fruit and milk, I will definitely be looking at changing my cereal tho.....
