Definitely change the cereal. There are plenty of cereals out there with little sugar. Barbara's and Annie's are good options.
Don't worry about the sugar from fruits and milk.0 -
personally, i do not have sugars on my tracking. I eat tons of fresh fruit, and almost 0 refined sugar. I don't need to count it. Just take it off. Don't sweat it. Watch instead, your sodium, fats, carbs, and protien, and of course calories.0

My trainer told me to stick with single digit sugars0

It is not a bad thing to keep an eye on when making purchases - I change to a high fiber cereal - and eat lots of fruit - I decided not to show sugar but I do try to be aware of it when making choices0

Look at the sugar in milk, its really high. I stop drinking it for that very reason, but I was drinking a gallon af skim milk ever 2 days.0

I try to be careful with sugars as well. However, I do not pay too much attention if they come from un-processed sources, such as fresh fruit. If you want to be careful while eating breakfast oatmeal is always a good idea.0

Thanks heaps everyone... There does seem to be a varied response to the natural sugar vs added sugar question... I was reading another thread earlier....
Most of my sugars come from fruit and milk, I will definitely be looking at changing my cereal tho.....0
