Help..... Can't find instructions for my Zumba Blue Heart Ra

I finally found my Heart Rate watch that I got with my Zumba..... I have NEVER used it and have NO idea what to do.... I have tried to google the instructions but other than how to check pulse I can't find anything... apparently I can put in my age/weight/height ... I have tried pushing all the buttons but not gettting far...

I would appreciate any help!
