I was wondering what everyone's take on being able to cook well...Do you think it helps with weight loss or it's sort of a disadvantage when trying to lose weight?? I do not have any friends on MFP. I have sent a few messages and people respond but that is as far as it goes. It's not that big of a deal really. I think I am going to reset my goal to a lower weight. I have it set to 155 lbs. but today I weighed 155.6 and feel I need to lose some more...Have a nice journey !!!
