Quick question... I drink green tea mostly which doesn't register calories ...should I log this as water consumption? Or keep it in food?

Has anyone here considered trying nuvoryn?
Just been reading about this and wondered if anyone here has considered trying it... according to site it is all natural ingredients found in foods. The ingredients bought seperately would cost a fortune, nuvoryn has them concentrated in a pill taken twice daily. Appreciate any thoughts and comments :ohwell:

logging exercise
I wear a pedometer to count the number of steps I take each day .. according the this peometer 10,000 steps= 250 calories burned .. My question is... is this considered normal daily activity ? and if I log this as exercise am I cheating myself ? do i only count exercise over and above this ? All comments appreciated, . .…
