Could be that these people are previous weight watchers as fruit and veges are 'free' foods and not counted ... tried to explain to some friends that they contain calories and sometimes quite a few but this is what they are told by weight watchers.

Reading, spending time with my partner and kids and recently I went to a cake decorating class with a girfriend and since then im keen to learn more so am baking and decorating a cake for the school 'green day' tomorrow .. wish me luck :)

Thats the stupid english langauge for you spelt 'row' but pronouncd more like 'raow' im finding it hard to spell the sound lol there are so many homophones.. no wonder its the hardeest language to learn supposedly

Not overnight .. but since I last wore them yes and they keep sliding to my hips .. loving it!! But maybe its time to go shopping from some more smaller ones ?

My mum recenty joined while in holiday with me and she is 65 years old. And she has already lost 2kg ! Go Mum!! xx

When I'm at work I'm up at 5.15 for my morning walk and usually in bed by 9pm ... love my sleep :) At the moment I'm on holiday so I'm up at 6.15 for my walk and have been up later at night 10-10.30pm later if we are watching a movie or dvd..

I always walk before breakfast and usually feel quite hungry towards end of walk and am more than ready for breakfast when i get home.. i would suggest trying to eat at least something maybe a small amount of cereal or just some fruit?

5ft and currently 44.3 kg aiming for 40kg.. as this is the lower end of healthy weight range .. plus need some major toning!

My best advice is to not stress but try and relax (easier said than done maybe) but if you are stressing you are more likely to eat more and feel worse.. take one day at a time and walk off that stress :) and ten punds less or not you will be a beautiful bride :) But you can do it :) Best of luck !

The answer to this is easy .. hon you are doing this for yourself ... you have to want it for yourself .. in saying that support is nice :) Keep your head up high and keep going .. you can do it!
