I get up and go for my hour walk at 5.30am and dont eat breakfast until after 7am.. and I could easily wait longer just need to eat then as my two daughters are up for breakfast and we leave for work/school at 7.45. I feel the same at night as you no energy or willpower for exercise then but I love the early morning!

Hi I take a womens multi and a mineral supplement .. Weekdays I have oatbran weetbix or more recently bran flakes and at the weekend honey oat cheerios ... i love my cereal :)

I have the same problem with eating anything sweet or fatty .. only i get stomach cramps and feel sick

i think the issue here is that you feel that as a larger person you are not attractive ? I understand that you are changing that and well done to you .. but if he is put off by your size without finding out about the person underneath he isnt worth your time :) In saying that this is your decision .. if he really is…

my answer to this is we are all here to improve our eating habits and lifestyle .. but being happy and healthy doesnt mean giving up all your treats .. i havent ! I try to save calories for these treats but i guess you need to watch the fat/carbs elements too. I would also go mental without chocolate sometimes :)

I am in the exact same boat my partner tells me im sexy and he loves me as I am, but i dont love me as I am so this is for me firstly.Secondly for my daughters, I want them to see that you can achieve what you want and be healthy while doing it :)

I have always been a morning person and love having my exercise in the morning. I agree it is good for my mood and for clearing my head for the days activities. My best advice is to get up and go as soon as you wake beacause any procrastination is detrimental .. as i have found out on occasion lol dont think just do! Good…

would it be simple enough perhaps to just cook and meat seperately ? oven baked chicken breasts or whatever meat and serve together for those eating both ? sorry I am not vegan but just a thought :)

I have influence to a certain extent as I buy the clothes ! but as for combinations and colour schemes sometimes i dispair but i just go with it unless it is inappropriate for the occasion ..

Not usually, can and ahve changed my own tyre though.. when I was a single Mum I had no choice but to do things for myself. Now I have a wonderful partner that loves me but doesnt pander to me. So I still do most things for myself unless I really dont know how lol

Thank you to everyone who offered advice .. i work as a receptionist (at a primary school) so although technically a desk job i do do a bit of walking during day. But I think I will take the advice to only log a 1/2 hr walk or 45min for over 10,000 steps .. thanks everyone :)
