I'm Rhiannan, im twenty yrs old.
I am really struggling with my weight lately.
i have lost 6kgs already, and feeling pretty good!
but its almost summer soon, and i really want a flat stomach. I really struggle with ab work..
push ups and sit ups hurt my back/neck.. i do not have a good technique.

I am also pear shaped, very curvy.. and when i put on weight thats where it goes! i need to tone my thighs and butt,,

Im also very shy about this as my friends do not support me at all.

:) if anyone has any tips.. that would be fantastic xx

    From one pear to another.. squats and lunges are your friend (even though they hurt like heck!)

    i started doing squats yesterday!
    legs are absolutely dead right now!

    I was doing squats at the weekend and my legs are only started to feel like they belong to me!
