My first week on fitnesspal

Hello all,

I just recently signed up for my fitness pal and am finding it very helpful to track what I eat and how much I still need to eat or how much I need to limit myself. I am 5'3" and 115-115.5 lbs. My goal is to get down to 110 lbs and to maintain that goal weight. I do tend to eat healthier and have had a daily exercise regime for quite some time now, but I have struggled in the past with portion control. This program is definitely helping me and it's also nice to know that I am not alone! Good luck to every body!
